4. Cherry Seeds
Cherry seeds contain amygdalin. This substance is not less toxic and dangerous than the substance found in apple seeds, cyanide. Cherry pits are not edible. If you consume a cherry pit accidentally, you will not die since the human body is strong enough to neutralize a small amount of the toxin. The more cherry seeds you eat, the less tolerant to the poison your body is. So, avoid large quantities of sherry seeds getting into your digestive system. The most common symptoms that are caused by amygdalin are difficulties in breathing, vomiting and nausea.
