4. Plenty of protein in each meal
Eat lean protein throughout the day. Your snacks should also have some protein. Instead of salty potato chips grabs a pack of seeds or nuts. Prepare lean poultry and eat dairy as well as soy. Protein is digested by the body very slowly which allows you to go without food for many hours. You feel no hunger pangs and stay indifferent to starchy, fatty and sugary foods.
