6.Whoopsie Daisy!

Oh boy, looks like they’re going to need a big rig to pull out this firetruck. This sinkhole wasn’t natural or caused by torrential rains. A burst water main caused the ground to erode away and opened up this massive sinkhole in Los Angeles. As the fire department came to investigate in the dark, early-morning hours, they didn’t realize that the pool on the road was hiding the giant hole. No firefighters were hurt from the accident, but the new firetruck was out of commission for some time.

It’s a good thing the firefighters didn’t drive into this next sinkhole…
