7. Fanweng Restaurant – Yichang, China

When going to China most travellers immediately think of visiting the great wall of China. Yes, it’s probably the most famous attraction there, but there’s a restaurant that’s even more thrilling. The Fanweng Restaurant is located in Happy Valley, on a cliff. Most of the tables are situated in the natural cave, but a select few are set on the outside dining area. The floors of the dining are are carved into the face of a cliff and hang hundreds of feet off the ground, offering views of the river below. It’s a truly unforgettable dinner experience, not for the faint-hearted.
