The Fanweng Restaurant is located in Happy Valley, on a cliff. Most of the tables are situated in the natural cave, but a select few are set on the outside dining area. The floors of the dining are are carved into the face of a cliff and hang hundreds of feet off the ground, offering views of the river below.
