10. Eggs Benedict with Salmon
This recipe is my favorite and is definitely the tastiest one. At first prepare spinach. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the spinach and stir until it’s wilted (2-5 minutes). Spread the spinach mixture on the toast. Top each with slices of the salmon. Prepare water for eggs. Add the vinegar to the simmering water. Crack an egg into a cup, then pour it into the water. Simmer until the whites are set. Remove with a spoon and place on a plate or paper towels. Trim away the ragged white pieces. Place an egg on top of the salmon toast. Dress with vinegar and herbs.
